Sheriff records requests go through the Duchesne County Sheriff's Office GRAMA portal. The county records page says written, signed requests should include the requester's name, mailing address, daytime phone if available, and a specific description of the records. Non-expedited GRAMA responses may take up to 10 business days; qualifying expedited requests may receive a response within 5 business days. Fees are due upfront, and the county says personal checks are not accepted.
